MEET HAVEN

Haven was raised on a family farm outside of Eugene, Ore. where he learned an appreciation of the outdoors as well as building. This passion has lead him around the world living in SE Asia and Europe learning different building styles and techniques. After managing people and processes for more than 15 years, Haven decided to follow his passion for building and began working full-time as a carpenter.

Haven applies his craftsmanship to the style and era of each home he works on. As the lead carpenter in Portland for Saga Design Build, he enjoys the challenges in building and creates solutions for complex projects, mindful of each detail in the process. He has lived in PDX for the last 20 years, but works all over the Portland metro area.

In his spare time, Haven enjoys the company of his wife and daughter, and camping, hiking, dirt bike riding, and fishing throughout the region.
